Description: Extremely disappointed with the quality. It came packaged nicely, but once I tried to extend the poles, it was a disaster from there. There were these holes near the bottom of the poles that prevented the pole from being retracted. Had to get a screwdriver to try and pry it open to retract. Then it got stuck trying to extend it.
