    Replacement caps for top crossbar assembly. Easily replaced:

    1. Remove small phillips head screws from both the left and right side of crossbar. Set aside for later use.
    2. Remove damaged top bar caps by pulling directly outward. Note: if cap is completely broken with the tab still inside bar, either remove the broken tab with needle-nose pliers or simply tap the tab further INTO the bar, making room for the replacement caps. Doing so WILL NOT affect performance nor will it rattle.
    3. Insert replacement caps into the bar on both sides. Do make sure that the cross bar caps are facing the same direction.
    4. Replace small phillips head screws.

    To prevent future damage, it is best practice to use BOTH hands and lift the top bar straight off the extension poles by placing one on each side. Do not lift the crossbar from one side only as breakage will likely occur.
