ELK Promotions, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy for most new and unused Closet Trolley products. Exceptions are outlined in red below.
All returns must be pre-authorized by ELK Promotions Inc (parent company of Closet Trolley) prior to returning any products. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided at the time of the return authorization request. All products being returned MUST include all items/components including protective packaging (protective bag, corner padding, etc.) and packaged appropriately as received. Any products not returned in its original packaging, or in correct form, may be charged up to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is at the discretion of Closet Trolley Quality Control Department. If items are received in new/unused condition, the amount refunded will equal product costs minus any applicable restocking fee minus original outbound shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. NOTE - ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED AND NEW CONDITION. USED MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
If "free freight” was associated with your order, all returned merchandise will be credited for the product cost, minus any restocking fees if applicable, and minus the actual outbound freight charges incurred in the actual shipping/transit of your original order. Even though the term "free freight” is associated with your order, Closet Trolley does incur shipping charges to ship all orders. This outbound freight charge will be deducted from the return fees. RETURN CALCULATION EXAMPLE: Product Cost: $100.00
Outbound Shipping: $10.00
Order Total: $110.00
Amount Refunded: $110 - $10.00 (outbound shipping) - $10.00 (restocking fee if applicable) = $90.00 Refund
Please return all items in their original packaging to the specified address obtained at the same time as your RA#. RA#'s should be clearly marked on the outside of the box or shipping label.
ELK Promotions is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
All items must be returned in good, unused condition. Any item returned damaged, in used condition, or without an RA# may be issued a partial refund or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Note, all FACTORY 2nds sales have a 7-day return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Factory 2nd bags still have a full 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects on all moving parts. Warranty claims will be handled as normal. Items that have been altered, used or customized in any way are non-returnable. Any items returned that are personalized, used or have been altered will be sent back at customer's expense.
