Description: Extremely disappointed with the quality. It came packaged nicely, but once I tried to extend the poles, it was a disaster from there. There were these holes near the bottom of the poles that prevented the pole from being retracted. Had to get a screwdriver to try and pry it open to retract. Then it got stuck trying to extend it. My husband and I worked with it several times, but it then started falling apart. Total disappointed with the lemon they sent!! Even tried calling and no one answered. Will never order from here again!!

Description: I ordered a replacement rack assembly for our older Closet Trolley rolling bag. After 5 full competition seasons, recitals, dress rehearsals and lots of use, we lost a support pole to wear and tear. We received this new assembly quickly and it was a little different than what we had used before. After reaching out for help, the President of Closet Trolley sent us a personal video to demonstrate the updated assembly support poles and their three tiered telescoping extension. It was so helpful and we look forward to four more competitions seasons of wear and tear before she heads off to college. Could not be happier with the product or the fantastic customer support. Thank you!
