Description: I ordered a replacement rack assembly for our older Closet Trolley rolling bag. After 5 full competition seasons, recitals, dress rehearsals and lots of use, we lost a support pole to wear and tear. We received this new assembly quickly and it was a little different than what we had used before. After reaching out for help, the President of Closet Trolley sent us a personal video to demonstrate the updated assembly support poles and their three tiered telescoping extension. It was so helpful and we look forward to four more competitions seasons of wear and tear before she heads off to college. Could not be happier with the product or the fantastic customer support. Thank you!
