"Fabric Handle Broke"

Description: I purchased a closet trolley for my daughter's dance competitions, and it didn't even last 2 seasons. This weekend at a competition, the fabric handle that you pull the bag with tore loose from the bag. I didn't like the fact that it wasn't telescoping to begin with because it felt a bit awkward. But now it's broken and the bag is useless.

Description: The little handle is not ideal. The bag is difficult to steer. Need a telescoping handle. Also, the rails are difficult to set to stay. They slide down often. I bought it from the warehouse.

Description: This bag has been fantastic for my dancers! Had purchased another company's bag and after a couple of years, the integrity of one of the ends failed. It leaned so badly, I couldn't use it any longer. I purchased two standard edition. CT bags in 2021 . Both bags are strong and have held up very nicely even with all the abuse they take.. The only thing about this product they could improve for my 5th star, is adding a telescoping handle to pull the bag with. It still rolls around easily enough, but this addition would make it absolute perfection !!! :)

Description: We just used our new Closet Trolley bag for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Once I figured out how to put it together and take it down, it was easy peasy! We only had 4 costumes on the rack but there was room for a lot more! It bag looks and feels sturdy and I'm sure we will use this for years to come. Right now, the bag is disassembled and fits underneath my daughter's bed (there is not a lot of room under the bed and the bag folds pretty flat.

The bag seems sturdy and able to withstand our dance competitions in the Midwest. Customer service- Excellent customer service. This company is very responsive via phone and email. Description: We had our first competition with this bag and it was amazing. We had previously used a different brand and this one was significantly more sturdy than it. It holds more as well. Lots of pockets which helps to keep everything organized as well. Collapses nicely for under bed storage. Absolutely love the whelks as well. Makes it so much easier to maneuver than other models. Only downside is extending the rods can be tricky as they like to stick but this is a minor issue. The bag overall is significantly better than the other big name dance bag and has a lesser cost.

We upgraded from the original Closet Trolley (which we loved) and are so happy! The sturdiness of the Closet Trolley with the crate it great, the size is manageable, and the wheels are smooth. It hold all of our accessories and stool. We have already customized the patch to make it more personal. The only thing I wish it had would be a retractable handle for the times you want to pull behind. I highly recommend this product but also the company. They are efficient, kind, and quick to respond.
